These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Production Alliance Group website (the "Site"), operated by Production Alliance Group ("PAG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our company and services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Informational Purposes Only

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, project case studies, and imagery — is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Event production services are provided under separate written agreements, and those agreements govern in the event of any conflict with the Site. We may change, update, or remove Site content at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including the Production Alliance Group name, logos, text, photographs, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to PAG and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos appearing in our project work remain the property of their respective owners and are shown solely to describe work performed.

Submissions

Information you send us through the Site (such as contact form inquiries) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve any dates or services.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and loads some resources from third-party providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAG and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PAG harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
